Fall 2026 Appointment Hours
Monday–Thursday: 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m.–3 p.m.
Evening and weekend virtual appointments are also available (hours vary).
Are you a new user? Click the “Register for an account” link to sign up for a WCOnline account and begin scheduling appointments.
Are you writing a dissertation? Doctoral students can now schedule appointments directly on the Dissertation Schedule! Register for an account to get started. Once signed in, use the dropdown menu at the top of the page to navigate to the Dissertation Schedule.
